The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA BANGKOK) has collaborated with the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok to create an art exhibition space that focuses on artists from Thailand. The works on display will rotate every quarter.
“Thaiwijit Puengkasemsomboon” is a famous artist who has been recognized both domestically and internationally for his unique use of colors, cutting-edge colors, and meticulous painting. This artist graduated from Silpakorn University and received a scholarship abroad. He also had the opportunity to be an artist in many countries, giving him knowledge about art on an international level.
The Untamed Melody exhibition aims to raise awareness of the role of the consumption process and its consequences, particularly the increasingly severe destruction of the environment, and the need to urgently address the problems caused by humans. Inspired by various sources, the work combines art with people’s lives through the exploration of media, materials, and concepts to blur the lines between self, nature, and the world. This reflects the delicate relationship between humans and the environment, driven by the artist’s fascination with the complex behavior of humans.
This exhibition will be held at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok ART Space by MOCA BANGKOK from October 29, 2024 – January 5, 2025. Opening hours: Tuesday – Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Closed on Mondays)
