The Department of Industrial Works (DIW) has ordered **two waste management factories in Saraburi Province to suspend operations** after inspections revealed activities that violated regulations and may have impacted the environment.
**Better World Green Public Company Limited** was ordered to immediately stop operations at its **hazardous waste landfill section** due to problems involving leachate management and the site’s drainage system.
**T.N.C Recycle Co., Ltd.** was ordered to **cease all factory operations** after authorities found evidence of **unauthorized factory expansion**, installation of machinery beyond permitted capacity, illegal burial of post-sorting waste materials, outdoor stockpiling of waste, and the discharge of leachate outside the factory premises.
Meanwhile, **Siam Fiber Cement Group Co., Ltd.** was found to be operating in compliance with the law.
The DIW stated that it will continue to conduct **intensive inspections of waste management facilities nationwide** and pursue legal action under relevant laws if additional violations are discovered, with the aim of protecting both the environment and local communities.
